Brooke and Tyler wanted to have a beautiful backdrop for their Coeur d’Alene wedding, but a great party afterward to celebrate with family and friends. But with only four months to plan for their wedding (they like a challenge), they put their trust in the vendors they picked and coordinators at the Coeur d’Alene Resort.
With the resort’s team handling the heavy lifting for their Coeur d’Alene wedding, Brooke and Tyler were able to focus on the reception festivities.
“The ceremony turned out absolutely perfect, the weather, the setting, the vows, our pastor, and readings from loved ones,” Tyler explained. “But, the highlight for us was probably the live band. The Rub killed it on stage and had everyone on the dance floor all night long.”
Coeur d’Alene has special meaning for Brooke and Tyler and the Hagadone Event Center was the best venue and view in town for them. They wanted to bring their guests somewhere that was sort of a destination wedding, but not too painful to get to and share the beauty of Coeur d’Alene with them.
The wedding planners at the Coeur d’Alene Resort and I were guiding them through the whole process to make it seem less daunting and set little milestones along the way.
“We felt like we were planning ahead and making progress,” Brooke explained.
And the end of the evening, Brooke and Tyler’s mission was accomplished.
They were able to secure their dream venue, coordinate an awesome party for their reception, and they got married.
“It was like being the most popular two people at a massive party. There were so many people we wanted to catch up with and thank for coming. We lucked out not going the DIY route given we planned the whole wedding in about 4 months!”
