I live for telling stories with my wedding photography. And being a wedding photographer provides me an opportunity to document the celebratory start to a couple’s story. Whether I’m at a Coeur d’Alene or Spokane wedding or documenting couples in destinations around the world, my job is to capture authentic moments and tell a story of the wedding day with my images.
In weddings, emotions are high, everybody is ready to experience all the moments and celebrate. And the bride and groom are ready to receive the love, praise and spend those precious hours with their closest family and friends.
It’s because of these moments, and the responsibility of providing wedding photography in an authentic and timeless way, I like to ensure that every bride and groom I work with receive constant communication. It’s equally important to have enough time before weddings to collaborate and make site visits to ensure we are getting the best plan prepared so when it comes to the wedding day, we have plenty of cushions built into our timeline and we don’t have to worry about everything going crazy if one of those wedding-day snafus pop up.
There are a lot of photographers out there. And many of them can capture amazing images. But capturing images is simply the function of a photographer. What really matters is the benefit of having one photographer over another that will prompt you in deciding who to work with.
If you’re considering me, by now you’ve looked through my images and have done a bit of stalking to see what past couples think about my process and work.
Here are the main benefits couples get by working with me: COLLABORATION, EASE, and PEACE OF MIND.
Yes, you will have great images to tell the story of your wedding day. But, more importantly, you get someone who you can collaborate with, and email, call or text when you have questions. You get the opportunity to have a lot of the big decisions of the wedding day photos knocked out before the wedding day, have a photography timeline sketched out early on to assist in your planning, and discuss your wants, needs and have your concerns addressed.
It’s these benefits and thorough process and peace of mind that keeps the small selection of 25 clients I work with every year recommending me to their friends and family.
